letters from dickinson to abigail cooper

Thomas Johnson's Note on Letter 569

MANUSCRIPT: AC. Ink.

PUBLICATION: L (1894) 393; L (1931) 382-383.

The date is conjectured from the handwriting. Probably Mrs. Cooper had sent flowers to Mrs. Dickinson sometime during the summer, after Mrs. Dickinson was confined to her bed, in June, with a broken hip.
