One of the blessings of a discussion group like this is that we can share our thoughts, each learning from the other. I retired ten years ago after forty delightful years of teaching. The greatest joy I ever had in teaching was encouraging the sharing of ideas--by all parties--for that is what helps turn teaching into learning. I feel the same kind of spirit in our interchanges, and for that I am grateful. Lou Forsdale
