The institute does have an email address:  www.trmi.com.  Incidentally, I had
difficulty finding the email address because it was written in pencil on the
invoice I got, but, after three tries I finally figured it out.  So much for
hi-tech invoices.  I think the requirements are pretty low, but better check
it out.  From a very soggy Santa Fe.
