(I don't know of a later edition in that format.) It's available from: Roan Mountain Institute P.O. Box 888 Bakersville NC 28705 704 688-9056 I received my copy yesterday and it is a good piece of work. For example, type in the word you are interested in and, in addition to definitions, you get a list of all other words in the dictionary that contain in their definitions the word you originally sought. $35.00. The 1828 edition is recommended in the introductory literature when one signs up for this list, if the 1844 edition that the Dickinson household had is not at hand. I know that this CD-ROM has been available for a couple of years, but I've just run across it. I suspect it is available from sources other than the one that is noted above. Louis Forsdale
