Thomas Johnson's Note on Letter 32

MANUSCRIPT: NYPL. Ink. Addressed on the fold: Miss Emily E Fowler./Austin. Unpublished.

This note, in the handwriting of 1850, may have been written about the same time as the two foregoing. The "Kate" referred to was probably Catharine Hitchcock (1826-1895), daughter of Edward Hitchcock, President of Amherst College.
